Misdiagnosis is a design-driven journal reflecting on my personal journey through the story of my misdiagnosis, and growing up not knowing what’s wrong with myself.  The autobiography discusses the individual stories and moments of my life that were affected by my direct medical history. I’ve included things like pulling my hair out in class, why I prefer one medicine over another, and my sexuality versus my diagnosis.

Specific to the book, all my collage elements symbolize specific elements of my trauma but you need to digest them to get the information, so by paying attention to the underlying themes of the imagery and crossing the context with that of my handwritten notes you are able to immerse yourself in collaged journal straight from my personal life.
